These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the statSCALAR website, platform, datasets, market intelligence, reports, subscription services, research content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), provided by statSCALAR (“statSCALAR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or subscribing to a statSCALAR plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

These Terms apply in addition to, and should be read together with, statSCALAR's Privacy Policy, Disclaimer Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any applicable subscription agreement.

statSCALAR provides enterprise market intelligence, commodity and industry datasets, pricing intelligence, trade data, forecasts, research reports, and related analytical content, made available through subscription plans and other service arrangements.

statSCALAR may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time, with or without notice, where reasonably necessary for business, technical, or legal reasons.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

The Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed toward individuals under the age of 18.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@statscalar.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

Access to certain datasets, reports, and platform features requires an active paid subscription. Subscription tiers, pricing, and included features are described on the statSCALAR pricing and subscription pages and may be updated from time to time.

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation options, and payment terms are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account, including applicable taxes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful business and professional purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Services except where expressly permitted;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with subscription restrictions, access controls, or security features;
• Reproduce, resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute statSCALAR datasets, reports, or content without prior written authorization;
• Use the Services to build a competing product, database, or service;
• Upload or transmit any unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or connected systems; or
• Use the Services in a manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of statSCALAR or any third party.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content made available through the Services, including datasets, reports, text, graphics, charts, software, and branding, is owned by statSCALAR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the applicable subscription conditions, statSCALAR grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. No other rights are granted, and access to or purchase of a subscription, report, or dataset does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.

The Services, including all datasets, forecasts, estimates, and analytical content, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, statSCALAR and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your access to or use of the Services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply after termination.
